This flight I don’t like but for some reason it’s the consequence of flying to Stockholm hehe…! Every time I am about to go to Stockholm I promise myself to buy something that reminds me of Stockholm/Sweden. And every time I actually am in Sweden I slack like I have never slacked before. So this time I thought, as a 2010 resolution it would be cool to do it differently this time and so I did: right before I had to board on flight KL1116 to Amsterdam form Arlanda I bought me a Stockholm cap! Next time I will buy me some more Sverige gear.

And there was still some snow left here in the Amsterdam area on January the 3rd. Which at the time I thought was really cool. (Done with it now but that’s cuz the snow is yuck at the moment!)

For the first time in my life I have been celebrating New Year’s abroad. In Sweden’s beautiful Saltsjöbaden. I had been there before, during Midsommar in 2009 and thought it was a beautiful place. I got that one confirmed during New Year’s again. So incredibly beautiful out there in the Archipelago, really breathtaking. I had a great New Year’s with many thanks to Anders and everyone else who was present in Saltis!

On January 1st, I had to be quick taking pictures because the sun starts to go down at around 14:00 hrs so darkness will set in right after really. I managed to take a few pictures still though, from inside the house because outside it was quite cold!

Right after Christmas I jumped on a plane to Stockholm and took some pictures with my iPhone from the plane, right before the plane was gonna land on Swedish soil. I had never seen a snowy country from a plane. Looks supercool if you ask me.

Nothing really special happened today. Except for the fact we still had snow and snowfall going on. I just love it. Decided to walk from Central Station to work and the other way around at the end of the day and it was beautiful and made me very happy. Had good music on (big up for Deadmau5) my big headphones, dressed warmly, geared with my Canadian indian boots. Bring it Mister Snowman. Bring it.

The snowfall is supercool. But it’s not if you get stuck in a village with no action at all. If all people would choke on something and die now, I wouldn’t even notice.

This poor little bird was looking for shelter. Couldn’t find any and just sat down in the snow. She flew away eventually to feck knows where. Away from here anyways.

The day started beautifully. Sunny and icy cold. The cold can’t spoil the fun. You can dress warmly. Chilled a bit today because I needed some extra hours of sleeping and slacking. Though there were things that had to be done. Buy shampoo and crap like that and since I am stuck to the Thursday nights and Saturdays some things I just have to do because I simply don’t have the time during the week. Too bad the night ended early and totally fucked up. Nice to know who your friends and family are. And you might just get disappointed big time sometimes.

Moving on anyways.
